Interior Services

Our interior services include Tenant improvements, drywall repairs, cabinetry and flooring. We also are experts at T-Bar installations and repairs. FCS can help you decide if we should replace tiles or possibly paint them to save costs. We provide painting services and water proofing for all types of offices, including medical exam rooms, general office and warehouse. FCS also has a wide variety of flooring options to complete the project with a great fit and finish product that everyone will be proud of.

Exterior Services

When it comes to the exterior we can add or fix masonry and concrete. FCS can add or insure walkways are ADA compliant. Roofing and drains, Stucco and plaster all in our scope of services. We can do smaller jobs like skateboard deterrents and Bollard installation and repair. If you need landscaping design or repairs FCS can accommodate as we have in house landscape designers.

Demolition

When it comes to demolition FCS can remove concrete, structures, and interior walls. We can remove electrical in walls and flooring (carpet and ceramic tile). FCS can do simple clean ups and removal of property left behind from past tenants.

Other Services

Forefront Construction Services does other services that might not be as common as tenant improvements or building repairs. FCS can help with designing and engineering of interior areas. We can help with ADA requirements for new and existing remodel builds. FCS knows when a building or area is altered, new regulations may apply. We can also help with removal of windows and replacement, as well as water proofing and minor roofing.

How about the outside grounds of your property? We can do landscaping and maintenance, as well as fountain repair and install skateboard deterrents. FCS can do Bollard installation and repair, parking lot lighting upgrades which might include LEDs. If you have a drainage issues or lifting or separating concrete, FCS has years of experience with these items.

FCS can also take your graffiti issues. We can remove and actually use a specialty product to prevent future graffiti. This product is applied to the surface and does not allow the graffiti paint to stick to your threatened surface. If that is not enough, we can design and install security surveillance and or security alarms systems.
